Payment
You can quickly and securely place an order 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We accept all major credit cards and e-checks through Pay Pal. A Pay Pal account is not required to make a payment.

Shipping
All orders are custom made upon receipt of payment. Currently orders are shipping between 7-12 business days. Large orders or orders placed during the holiday rush may require additional time to process. Bow and Jewelry parties have a 3 week shipping time
All small purchases come beautifully package ready for gift giving at no additional cost. Large order will come carefully wrapped in tissue paper
We are pleased to offer free shipping on order over $15.00 and free Priority shipping on orders over $70.00 to United States addresses. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance you may do so at checkout.
Be sure to check "first class shipping without insurance" if your order is over $15 and you want to receive the free shipping. Otherwise the next available shipping option will be applied to your order
Please keep in mind that if you choose to purchase Priority Shipping the processing time on your order is the same(7~12 bus. days) but transit time is faster.
We are now shipping to Canada for a flat rate of $6.50
If you live outside the United States or Canada please contact us prior to placing an order so we can give you a shipping quote.

Rush Orders
Rush orders are available for and additional $10.00. Please contact us prior to placing order so we can make sure we are able to accommodate your needs
Returns
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please notify us within 4 days and we will either refund or exchange your purchase. All returned items must be in original condition and packaging and must be unused. Refund or exchange will be issued once we receive the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom orders are only refundable if there is an error on our part

We take tremendous pride in our work and stand behind each and item we sell.That being said we know how little fingers can destroy just about anything if they put their minds to it. We are please to offer free repairs on all hair items for 1 year from purchase.You just pay for shipping.
Custom Orders
We love doing custom orders! There is absolutely nothing we enjoy more then communicating with our customers to get that "just right"look.There is no additional cost for labor just for the supplies if is not something we normally stock(specialty ribbon,embellishment etc.)
